The site is information, not an offer
Everything here describes what we do and roughly what it costs. None of it is a quote, a commitment, or a contract. A price becomes real when it is written into a proposal or an agreement and signed.
We keep the site accurate and correct it when it is wrong, but we do not warrant that it is complete or current, and we are not liable for a decision made on the strength of a page here rather than a conversation with us.
Contacting us
Sending the contact form does not create a client relationship or oblige either of us to anything. Do not send confidential information through it — use it to start a conversation and we will find a secure route for anything sensitive.
Client work is governed by the agreement, not by this page
Every engagement runs on a written consulting services agreement and, where the work is defined separately, a statement of work. Those documents set the scope, the fees, the timelines, the ownership of what we build, the confidentiality obligations both ways, and the liability terms. Where they say something different from this page, they win.
Our material
The text, images, brand, and code of this site belong to us. Quote us with attribution; do not republish the site or pass our material off as your own.
Third-party links
Where we link to someone else's site, we do not control it and are not responsible for what is on it.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Alberta have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when we last did.
